Is that OEM or ODM service available?
Yes, we mainly accept ODM/OEM according to client’s requirements, it is available to customize the logo on phone lens, start-up screen, UI icon, package (color box), accessories sticker etc.
What’s the order MOQ?
For our own brand, there is a MOQ limit (at least 50pcs) if we have ready in stock.
For OEM, depending on different model (3,000~5,000pcs).
For ODM, depending on different product type(5,000~10,000pcs).
How is the warranty?
We provide 2 solutions for warranty.
Solution 1:
one year warranty against non-human damage, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Solution 2:
1% spare parts support, does not include motherboard, battery, screen.
Would you provide samples for testing before bulk order?
Yes, sure, we can provide the samples for your initial test before bulk order, please contact us for the sample demand.
What is your payment terms?
Our payment term is 30% T/T, 70% Balance, please contact us if you have any other demand.
What currency could you accept?
We accept American USD and RMB.
What is the way of transportation?
For Samples: We recommend shipping by DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEx or Alibaba Express.
For Big Orders: We recommend shipping by Air, Sea or Railway.
How much the courier freight will be for the samples ?
Courier Freight is different based on the quantity, weight, and volume of the samples.
